Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final Because our products are custom-printed on demand specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "buyer's remorse," wrong sizes, or color preferences. Please be sure to review the sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damages and Manufacturing Issues We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, a manufacturing error (such as a bad print), or the wrong product, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you encounter an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 30 days of delivery) at netballbarcelona@gmail.com.

  2. Include photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or wrong item, along with your order number.

Once we validate the issue with our print provider, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible. You generally do not need to return the damaged item to us.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit and the shipping carrier confirms it, we will offer a replacement free of charge. However, we are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but claimed to be missing.
