Order Processing & Production

Because every product is made specifically for you when you order (Print on Demand), please allow time for us to manufacture your item before it ships.

  • Production Time: Typically 2–7 business days.

  • Once your order has been produced and inspected for quality, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Shipping Times

After production, shipping times vary depending on your location. These are estimates only:

  • Europe: 5–15 business days

  • USA: 3–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • International / Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that during high-volume periods (like the holidays), production and shipping times may increase.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Multiple Packages

If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be produced by different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times.

Customs and Duties

International shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes depending on your country of residence. We are not responsible for these fees. The customer is responsible for paying any import duties required by their local customs office to release the package.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your address before checking out. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
